Have you ever wanted to build a motorbike? We will take you through the entire build from start to finish. From selecting a donor bike to rebuilding and fitting an engine. Learn how to tune a carburetor, change a chain and sprockets, install the electrics and even basic restoration techniques. If you like a challenge or just trying something different. The course will leave you enthused and more 'in tune' with your bike.

Let’s get to know each other! What are you looking to gain from the course? We’ll cover specific motorbike tools and examples of some exciting projects.
Take it apart
Having selected a donor bike, we’ll dismantle it. Looking at parts, seeing problems that can occur, how to remedy them and cover basic restoration techniques.
Put it back together
This is where it gets exciting! How do you do a ‘top-end rebuild’? What is a ‘main jet’? And everything in between. You’ll get a little mucky, but you’ll learn a lot!
Building a motorbike isn’t all. How do you adjust the air mixture? What does your spark plugs colour mean? And how do I increase performance? You’ll learn that!
To finish, we’ll cover basic servicing. How do I replace a chain and sprockets? Fit new brake pads, and replace a blown fuse? It’s all covered.
